Bought biltong for a hamper. Asked for thinly sliced biltong. It was cut in chunks with some pieces where there was fat still in tact. The meat was extremely tough, I had trouble pulling it apart. I discarded of nearly R500 worth of biltong. It was so wet it went moldy within a day.
