After receiving multiple expensive quotes for engineered quartz countertops, we were about to give up on having the kind of countertops we wanted until we came across That Rock Shop. Offered us beautiful shimmer countertops that exactly fitted my style (as Lynette pointed :) ) at an incredibly competitive price. They installed them with competence, patience, kindness and honesty. The house was crazy as we were busy doing a bunch of renovations, just moved in and just got a baby. Due to that, there were lots of delays but Deon was very patient with us, came as many times as we needed to get the job done and when there were issues with our wall being askew and hindering the installation of a splashback, although through no fault of their own, they very kindly bore the cost of the splashback because installing it in that condition didn’t fit their standards of excellence. I have never received such an honest service. I can vouch for Deon and Lynette for being focused on delivering excellence to their customers.They indeed rocked our world and I would recommend them to anyone wanting affordable quality countertops and excellent service from purchase to installation.
