It was very good I felt the pain go away in the first hour or so, by the next morning my shoulder was all better... It is an amazing place everyone is so friendly the shop has so many interesting things....there is so much on offer different courses....so worth looking into and going on their mailing list to see what courses are comming up...I just love going there even if it is just to sit and have a friendly cup of coffee and a chat. .or just to browse in the shop...
