The Baron was a totally wrong choice for a special family occasion. Our evening was ruined. First the cocktails we ordered was tasteless, the Managers excuse was that the blender was leaking. Ordered 2 portions of snails which was over salty, not even the Chef was able to eat it. The Calamari in Peri Peri Garlic sauce was sour and tasted off, my child fell ill after eating it. By then we were so exhausted from the service we recieved and complaining, we paid the bill and left. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are celebrating a momentous occasion. Disappointed by the service.

Nice place to chill as a family or friends. The food and desert was divine. We had baron platter to share for 4 and it was enough for everyone as well as affordable.

Although the place had about 8 tables with 2-4 guests and about 4 waitresses, it took more than 14min before I was assisted. Then it took even longer before my order was taken. I could understand the rate of service on a busy night but not on a normal semi-quiet evening. So service could definitely be improved. Also none of my leftover sauce was added to my take-aways so maybe customers could be asked if they'd like it added or not.

Nice place. I enjoyed time here. Food is good, nice clean place, indoor and outdoor sitting options. Only one thing, watering service is not that good. They talk nicely, they serve nicely but They are in hurry to take away your plate. I saw it 3-4 times during my visit. Other than that all is good.

The one thing that I was most impressed with was the service. As with any restaurant when things go wrong, it is all about how the situation is managed and to what lengths the staff will go to make things right. In our case when the meat was not cooked as requested, a fresh new plate was preapared. As well as seating arrangement and other requests. Food was also great.

Food was very good. Sadly the restaurant was quiet not the usual buzz we are used to at the Baron on a Thursday night. Staff super friendly and efficient. Overall very good night out.
