We rented no30. Apartment was spavious, clean and perfect for a holiday. Grounds are very nice and wellkept as well.

Our second day here and I can honestly say I would have not mind the unit if my daughter was not sick and we didn't spend so much time indoors. Everything needs desperate attention even the cobwebs when we walked in here on day 1. Table outside is broken and mold growing on the plastic dry rack that is probably from 1991. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and the linen so old they have holes in some of them. The owners of this unit clearly don't care as long as they get their money. The worst part is that they ask you for your credit card details for the damage you might cause, is this a joke? If there is anything left to break it would be a impressive. Reception offered to move us to a unit that is right by the street, so choosing between noise of the street or mold and general lack of any maintenance. It's scary to pay for something on a holiday you can only go on once a year and this is what you end up with. I am very disappointed. St Lucia is beautiful but will not recommend this place to anyone. Unit 57 NO NO NO. "

Great place to stay ! If you do not have noisy children - woman knocking our door down to keep quite Not a social drinker - no alcohol allowed on premises No smoking within 10 meters from building - worries about the hippo being met in the garden somewhere always to be kept in mind No load speaking - have to whisper On the day of our departure we were abruptly remind - with the presence of people outside our door that this unit was to be evacuated by 10h00 this morning No extra time allowed WE were out of electricity the last night with total darkness and no backup lights - so bring your own torches No pets - the premises is overloaded with hungry cats

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone! They do not even deserve one star. Managements does not not keep to their terms and conditions - changing rates as they feel fit, changing services that are promised in theory documents. The rooms were absolutely filthy, toilets were dirty and smelt of urine, we had to purchase our own cleaning stuff to clean the bathrooms. The linen smelt and was clearly not changed from guest to guest. They cleaning services offered and paid for were not honoured. Management was unhelpful and did not care in the least. Absolute disappointment! Do not waste you money and time on The Bridge Apartments!
Really great so far. The apartment is lovely and spacious and really comfortable, our welcome was the best we have had so far in South Africa AND there is a hippo asleep in the garden Kids loved the pool (although it is unheated so not for the faint hearted in winter) and the jetty at the bottom of the grounds which overlooks the estuary is a nice addition. Would definitely stay again at this price.
