Fantastic venue with loads to offer. Excellent meals to be had on the terrace. Spectacular golf course with many challenging and fulfilling holes. I've been a member for just over a year and I've already played 50 rounds. Rated best fairways in the country!

Beautiful Urban Escape I played a late 9 holes at the course on a Saturday afternoon. The course was fabulously manicured, the greens were understandably a bit beaten at the end of the day of members play. However, I was struck by how beautiful the course was, it’s setting and it’s views in the middle of the Big Smoke (Johannesburg).

A great family place. Unfortunately marred by the behaviour of members, or maybe visitors, deliberately parking in no parking zones because the walk from a valid parking spot is too much trouble. Basic standards have slipped. Not talking about wear a tie but golfers with shirts hanging out, diners inside the restaurant having cell conversations at the top of their voice. Staff are still the best I have experienced anywhere though so that makes up for some of the annoyances.
