From the very first conversation Dale is direct and understanding of your problems. Drain Detectives help us fix our horrible plumbing situation with kindness and ability. Although I took four days to get things right, Sifiso and co were always in the Trent he’s willing to help. With covid 19 wreaking havoc we were great full to have people who genuinely wanted to help us in this job. But also for leaving our yard in the best possible state after. The staff are so knowledgable and helpful. After many months and a lot of money using other service providers, Drain Detectives figured out the problem and assisted in guiding me in finding the best and most affordable solution. We sold our house and moved to a new house where we had the exact same problem. My first call was Drain Detectives, unbelievable understanding and knowledge of the situation. Dale and his team at the Drain Detective are the best plumbers I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They made a plan to replace our geyser over a weekend, notwithstanding late notice and existing jobs, which they made a plan with. Dale talks you through the problem, and is extremely responsive and proactive in following up - even after hours to ensure that everything is working. You always feel like your problem is in good hands, and they made an otherwise very stressful situation seem manageable and under control.

Very Pleasant to deal with, on time and excellent workmanship
Dale called me after hours to answer and explain a simple question that could have been answered in a generic email. He also called me before his team arrived to do the job. The plumbers themselves were professional, well spoken and knew exactly what they were doing. They also offered advise in-order for proper maintenance to avoid re-occurrence.
