Had the chimney professional cleaned and added few pieces of kindling and blue gum bought from the fire man last week. next thing you know the house is full of billowing smoke emanating from the fire place. within minutes the whole house is covered in smoke and upon opening the door to the fireplace all i can see is smoke coming from the blue gum logs. haven't even used more than 2 logs from the bag i bought poor quality of blue gum logs especially as you are paying premium above most other suppliers. the price you pay you expect top quality. kids had to sleep in another part of the house because of how much smoke came from the few logs. was actually quite scary and dangerous maybe quality was once good...not sure now especially reading all the good feedback. sorry guys maybe buy elsewhere Update 17.6.2020 after the above review The Fire man got in contact to discuss the events Jack came out and replaced the bag of Blue Gum with a bag of off cuts which fitted my Morso fireplace as the original bag was of full size logs which had trouble fitting into the fireplace. he also gave an additional bag of kindling. we have used the off cuts this week and they have been better than the full size logs. Jack couldn't stay to witness the fire due to lock down so i can say that they did work. one thing to say though is the professional service and follow up both by Rachel and Jack in terms of customer satisfaction and service delivery. i work in service delivery and one thing above all is that the customer comes first and they did everything to make sure i was happy with the product,service and experience. thumbs up !!

Woulda rated it a few more stars were they available. Just totally on the ball these guys, prompt service, friendly delivery staff who know what they doing, left my place as they found it bar a couple hundred pieces of dry firewood neatly packed to my requirements.
