Rude manager (manager is a strong word) with zero sense of customer service. Tried to highlight a potential issue with one of the gas bottles, manager laughs and tells us we don't know how to use gas properly. What a pity.

Arrived at 12h10 on Saturday (27-06-2020). Only left at 13h03 to have a 9kg refilled. It was raining and storming that day with only 3 people working at the shop. 1 cashier lady, 1 gentleman on the floor and 1 person refilling at the back. No manager to assist the customers. It was choas with no indication of any que systems. At 13h00 the shop closes with more customers asking for assistance but the cashier lady and gentleman told them they dont get overtime and that the customers should wake up earlier. Cant see how you are servicing the massess on a Saturday with closing time at 13h00 and having rude, incompetent staff on a busy Saturday run the business. Will never refill here again because I want to spend my money where I am validated as a paying customer. I do believe I am not the only one, and as we know the word of mouth of the masses spead wide. Wishing you well otherwise

SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE FROM THE GUYS FILLING THE GAS AND HELPING IN THE SHOP. THANKS CRAIG AND THE OTHER OUTJIES! But you seriously need to send your till-lady to a training/workshop in customer service. The lady didn't even make eye contact or greet...just ordered the guy on the floor to come assist me, because she's hanging on for a call. Yes, she was hanging on a cordless phone, so she wasn't stuck to a short cord. A friendlier face, eye contact or a smile if she could not open her mouth while hanging on for someone on the other side would have been appreciated. She will definitely not keep me away, because the guys there know their job
