The website is old, slow and needs to be rebuild. But it has all the information required and I was happy

What a total and utter disappointment. We booked two units in August at Dikhololo for the coming weekend (6-11-2020). They call us today saying that they haven’t finished building the one unit and we have to cancel our booking! Who books out units that aren’t finished yet! They apparently tried to find us other units but they had none! This is a total disgrace.

They are a complete rip off and SCAM. R25 000 is with them and before we can take a holiday we forced to by then we have to pay a bother R10000?? The salesman is straight out fraudster.

Please seriously think twice before buying into this! Over and above always battling to find accommodation, we recently attended a function at Emperors Casino. The purpose was to "upsell" us for another 6 points to buy access to a better platform. So, think about this. Although I have an exclusive membership since 2010, the Holiday Club (THC) has been withholding booking information from me, as I've never paid extra for the access (even although I was assured numerous times that I has access to all functions and one of the best packages) . Given the fact that points are worth in excess of R3k each, really doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy fealing! And this is just one issue of many! So why if I'm that upset with THC do I not just sell and move on? Points that I paid in excess of R2. 2k in 2010 are now worth... R300 ONLY!! And thats IF you can get them sold!
