This place is fun and awesome. Needs a makeover looks exactly the same as 20years ago. The staff aren’t really friendly but they are helpful. The place feels a little old and the boots they have are the same boots they are old and uncomfortable. The structures they have in place for covid19 are great. The toilets are not nice and feels dangerous. The ice rink where you skate is nice and the Marshall was helpful if anyone fell.

Fun fun fun. My daughter stayed on it for 3 hours. The manager on duty there was soooo pleasant soooo helpful and soooo understanding. The lady who sells tickets, she got short blond (dyed) hair. Super nice, accommodating and soooooo pleasant!!!! They made the ice skating experience very pleasant, since everything else at Grandwest was such an unpleasant experience.

Great ice rink but the staff treat their customer’s terribly! I am understanding of the fact that things need to be done differently due to Covid. However the staff seem to get upset, flat out RUDE and condescending about it. I am a customer. I don’t go here everyday, so giving me attitude about not knowing things is not on. The entire process: standing in a specific line, renting of skates, where to collect your rented skates, where to hand in your skates once your are done, is not communicated clearly. There are no signs indicating this either. So to treat a paying customer in such a condescending manner baffles me.

I won't say much for now but all l can say l love the environment and l think l have just find a spot to spend weekends with my daughter. We would like to learn this ice skating too. So if there is anything we need to know before we start learning l'd appreciate a response.

Fun family outing. Kids party packages are really reasonable and great for groups of 10-15 kids.

Was a great time brought back many childhood memories only let down was that with all the queues, the 8:30pm session only gets on the ice about 9pm unless u have your own skates. Skate for an hour so u can get off at 10pm to beat the traffic and curfew so won't be doing that late session on a Saturday night again. I believe the Friday night is better not as busy as the Saturdays makes sense.
