....This use to be a nice place to take the kids on an outing, sometimes even leave them on their own while the adults play the Real machines on the casino floor! Over the last years this wonderland is on the shrink, before this place use to be huge, with a race track where adults and kid could enjoy racing mini race cars in the backyard! Now they've taken the back and turned it into a Exhibition Hall!??? The Ten Pin Bowling is still there!......

We went to Magic Company for the Laser Tag! Amazing activity with kids. You wear a suit with lights and your laser gun is attached to it. Then you are taken into a semi dark maze like studio where you run around and shoot at the lights on competitors suits. It lasts for 20 minutes but it is fun all the way. You can pretend to be Arnold for 20 minutes. My sons enjoyed it so much we went back the next day for another game. Fun idea on rainy days

This bowling alley is badly maintained and some of the staff are rude. I went to play bowling here. The staff were rude. The lane we were in kept breaking (4 times). The one actually helpful staff member allowed us to change lanes. However the next lane also broke a few times.

The place should be shut down. Half of the games do not work. The staff are ridiculously rude and abrupt. Swiped my card and R500 worth of coins just came tumbling out of the unit, it didn't allow me to select an amount at all. When addressing one of the attendants with a "management tag" she tells me I need to stand at the machine and sell my coins to other people. I told her that I will not be doing that, she then proceeded to make the sale for me while I stood there waiting. Absolutely ridiculous waste of my time. In addition so many games didn't give our tickets. Attendants don't care about this. When exchanging tickets you queue for ages. Eventually the person attending to us stopped aasisting us and started cleaning a bin instead. She then returned to us, but stopped again to go and assist three people at another till! Who does that. When asked what she is doing she shouted that she was a cashier! I then confronted her and asked her what level of customer service she was trained to do that allows you to let a customer wait whole you leave them to attend to three other people leaving you hanging there. She then apologized. Absolutely insane behaviour. Just shut your doors. Wonderland is overcrowded and in poor locations but at least the games work and customers are treated well. This place is for kids after all! PS. we hit 17000 points on one game and didn't get the tickets at all. The game just wiped the points!

Bowling Alley and most of the kiddy games are not well maintained. It was really frustrating.
