I ordered a double bed online for my student son in Pretoria. KG from the Pretoria branch phoned me to advise that the bed I had chosen was not in stock and would have a two week delivery time. He then offered me a free upgrade to a more expensive bed so that they could meet my delivery requirements. As per my request, he stayed in telephonic contact with my son to arrange delivery between lectures and kept to their committed delivery date. Couldn't ask for better service.
