Unreliable and not timely at all. The boss thinks the customers don't have a right to vent if they are not on time or don't give an update on their status (4 hours late). Being timely and give updates on their ETA is not an unreasonable thing to expect. Good luck in the future but I wont be coming back.

Quite expensive. Beautiful decor and a wonderful pet shop. I love that you can see what the groomers working on your doggies through an outside window. Very friendly ladies working there!

The Puppy Palace is the most accomodating and exciting experience for dogs. My dogs go regularly. I am saddened by the awful comment that was written on their page.. I would suggest it is ignored by the public.
