Disadvantage is that you pay for your own electricity and Wi-Fi but anyway, it's a cool and safe place.

Really new and really friendly staff on site. However the price isn't what you could call affordable but it's definitely worth the money you are paying. The location is really top notch, UJ becomes walking distance and there are amenities on site.
