What a great place to stop and have a bite to eat. Hans makes the best pancakes. Authentic Dutch fare with fillings that are so tasty. For the less adventurous, there is a full menu with loads of choices. Have the pancakes though.

The Dutchman iced coffee was incredibly good. I was a bit skeptical of the bacon and apple combination pancake but I was so impressed. It was just delicious.
