They provide awesome service until you purchase a mod device and it breaks, then you contact them and they ignore your emails. They are cheaper than trusted vape stores, but you get what you pay for, rather buy from a trusted vape store where you can return your expensive mods when they break than to buy from this place. I was a loyal customer but I am never going to be buying anything from them ever again and I advise you not to either. The batteries they sent me also look like they have been used because they are scratched on the contact points, I purchased the same batteries from Takealot and they are in mint condition, and actually cheaper.
