TERRIBLE SHOCKING service. I took my vacuum cleaner to The VAC Shop is as it wasn't sucking. My vacuum cleaner was returned with a part missing. It was tested on site and it did work, once tested at home it worked for 10 min and then the same problem persisted. When I contact the owner to help find the missing part and assist with the problem he was incredibly rude, defensive and unwilling to help. I told him I would complain online to which he replied that lots of people had complained and I will be laughed at... needless to say, a waste of R500!
