Came here last year in 2020 for bilateral tyre replacements and came again now in 2021 for a slow puncture. Service remains customer centred and I was pleased fixing a puncture with the mushroom fitting did not cost an arm and a leg. Fun also to sit in the waiting area and watch through the glass window into the working area to see what is actually involved in changing tyres, alignment and so forth. Felt comfortable with the sanitizing, mask wearing and social distancing in place.

I have always had decent (not great) service from TWT, but sometimes it’s the small things that make a difference no matter what the job e.g. explain to the customer exactly what needs to be done and explain the costs involved and the risks of not doing certain things. I am not a tyre expert so the little I know is dangerous but when they do things that I do not expect and end up paying double what I expected then it does make me a little disappointed. My job was a simple one remove a nail from my tyre and insert a plug. You can generally get this done by the petrol attendants at any garage forecourt for around R50 to R60. I did what I thought best and took my car to the experts, who in the end, did a safe and good job - they just did not tell me about what they were going to do so R135 later which included a new valve and wheel balancing none of which I was aware they were doing - and after a chat to the manager to understand why they do it that way I was on my way. The person who helped me was dismissive. leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

I have been to many different branches and I only have excellent experiences. There is always someone available to help, nothing is an effort, I feel safe if I have valuable belongings in my car and I need to leave my car. Staff is always friendly and everyone works as a team. Service is fast.

Very professional and gave an accurate time estimation on how long it would take to do what they needed on my car!

Not bad, it is a bit slow compared to other places but they put a quality battery in my car for a good price. They are also quite stocked up in supplies compared with some other branches. They are a bit aggressive when doing it, and my emergency spanner went missing there. Overall I would go back, just remove all valuables and go with the expectation of replacing one or two stripped bolts and waiting a few hours.

On a par with vodacom in terms of customer service which says everything really. They will not phone you to tell you your car isn’t ready when in for several days. They have zero accountability and if Mitch offers you help run to SupaQuick
