Great service and very help full staff. Had two watches that required batteries. Thank you very much Lona and Lynn for your help. This has not been my first visit to to the shop. Previous watches bought and serviced over the years (always with exemplary service) made this an easy decision to visit the shop when needed. I hope to return after saving up for the watch I saw that might be my next buy, but certainly going solar next time.

Staff are absolutely useless. Also they lie constantly and cause you to loose your hair. I have been buying from them for years, thousands of rands in watches From Herbelin to Armani. And every watch I own gets repaired by them also for years - But today i will never return. Lied to by salesman yesterday - Said i did not stipulate what i wanted? Seriously?? And today by saleslady - wont get hold of owner to resolve. All bad reviews i have read now thorough Google make perfect sense. Wolf Bros although 700% more expensive - rather go there than waste your time. You've lost a big client Mr Gary. All the best

Wanted to buy a pocket watch there, but the sales person was barely interested in helping me. Could have been that I was wearing sweat pants, but never judge a book by its cover, that's what I tell my staff. Especially with the economy the way it is, every potential client should be treated like royalty.

I have used the services of Time Watch Specialists quite a number of times and also bought watches there and every single time I have received excellent service. They are also able to pressure test my water resistant watches so I won't go anywhere else for battery replacements. Also have a good selection of watches.

Bad service, at extremely expensive prices, paid for service of a watch that did not run fourteen days to be told when it was returned they only replaced the battery not serviced it because it's not a product of theirs. Fact is even after the R300 battery, it's not working. Last time ever they saw mee.

Friendly, competent staff. My Tissot watch battery was replaced and a water pressure test was done on it in under an hour at a very reasonable price. This is a great find after a Tissot shop estimated that I would have had to wait 8 weeks for a battery replacement. Update: After two-and-a-half years, my Tissot needed another battery, as could be expected. The replacement was done and my watch again keeps time perfectly and is still waterproof. And they still provide excellent service with a smile.
