Friendly staff. I arrived 20 minutes early for my meeting and was helped immediately. On a separate note, if you paid for priority service to get your UK visa back, take note that the priority service is delayed and they couldn't give me a timeline for when to expect my passport back. I feel this could be stated on the website before choosing this service.

My experience was 5 Star. From the Security personnel who notified us of our appointment time. The check in staff were polite and professional. A big thanks to the Cashier, she was professional and helpful with regards my Docs that were not loaded properly. She came and helped me, do it properly, thank-you. Both Administrators were friendly efficient and professional. A quick, seamless process. Keep it up.
