My mother was admitted at Victoria Hospital twice during Febriary2021. I have to admit that the staff exceeded my expectations. It's a small medical centre, they give personal attention to patients. I was impressed with all staff and effecient service given. I was also impressed how all the staff respect our values and beliefs. We do not accept blood transfusion and it was such a breath of fresh air to deal with Doctors and supporting staff who were supportive and co-operative. From the time of registration at reception every staff member acknowledged and respected our stand on the blood issue as Jehovah's Witnesses. We were treated with respect and dignity and that is an important part of wellness. Keep up the good work.

I was admitted yesterday for a day procedure. From the Dr consulting room, to the pre admission SMS, to the team doing the covid screening, admissions, to the ward, the entire staff was more than amazing. Patient centric attitude and service beyond expectation. This would definitely be my hospital of choice. I have had experiences at many other hospital groups for my mum but none came anywhere near the personalised service at Victoria hospital. They definitely go far beyond the call of duty. From a patient, it is what I needed for my healing. Thank you Victoria Hospital team.
This is the best hospital ever! My wife is currently pregnant and had a threatened miscarriage yesterday. Everyone from the nurses to the doctors to the receptionist were all so friendly and they checked up on my wife immediately. I am so glad that i rushed my wife to Victoria hospital! They have saved my babies life by preventing a miscarriage from happening! I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every staff member that helped make this possible. I pray that God gives you whatever you desire in life! It was a pleasant visit and trust me you wont get any better! Kind regards Avith Sular
Very nice and clean hospital. Very friendly staff. You will feel like you in a hotel. So if you want a holiday this would be the place to go when you get sick or need that op.
Great hospitality. Maternity ward ... amazing staff; great teamwork; sisters and nurses always friendly professional ; makes you feel like you are the only patient. I was admitted at Victoria hospital as a covid patient.From the time of admission I was treated with the utmost care and support from the nursing teams in the surgical ward and also other medical personnel. The dedication and passion demonstrated by the nursing personnel is an excellent reflection of the management style and ethos of this facility. Keep it Victoria Hospital. On the 20th of July 2020 I got admitted to this hospital with a lot of negative thoughts. Dr Sham was my surgeon. Right from the start during my pre admission with Nathan at the front desk, to Sam who acted as my porter, Simon who wheeled me into theatre, I was met and cared for by the most amazing angels. I was so blessed to end up in a private ward at pediatrics. There are too many names to mention as both day and night shift staff cared for me up until Wednesday evening. Every single one of you touched my life in such a beautiful way. You guys have so much love and passion for your job. I know that I also touched your lives too. Dr Sham is the best, most caring surgeon. Thank you to every single person that made my stay an unforgettable one. May God bless and keep all of you safe as you also battle with this pandemic. I am in awe of the beautiful angels that work here
