Most corrupt company ever. Signed an agreement on behalf of Summerville HOA for debt at 35% per year compounded annually. They have run the HOA into R 15 million rands debt in less than 5 years due to theft. Now Topnotch and Propell want to sign a new agreement - see attached and let R 5 million rands debt go??? Do not ever do business with either of these companies. All their owners and directors belong in jail. When some owners sold - they have to fork over R 250 000 to R 350 000 for fees and levies - absolute lies and madness.

Worst service possible !!!!! Cornel Wagenaar or Marietjie Opperman has absolutely no customer skills. Never reply to any email, meeting requests or phone calls. I am absolutely appalled as a trustee of Summerville by the lack of service from the managing agents.
