The service from the ladies inside the shop is amazing. My only issue is the catcalling from the fuel attendants. Its very uncalled for and to be quite honest it makes me very uncomfortable. A simple greeting is absolutely fine, I can respect that.

Guys I have started to work in Fairlands last year and I found the nearest petrol station and I landed at Total Garage..the services is excellent and the guys working there always greet me and service with a smile and we like family now ..I would like say I appreciate them and God Bless them all..#TotalGarageFerndale
Total joke! Went in to buy a Red Cappo and Freezo at 19h00 and waited for over 30 minutes. Sarah was just nowhere to be seen. I think she was preparing fast food in kitchen. Never knew anybody to take so long to make a simple sandwich. The cashier was attending to the till, petrol attendants and making coffee. If you are going to be training staff at least put extra staff in the shop to cover. No multi-tasking skills whatsoever. Very unprofessional bad for the M&G brand.

The owner or manager at this Total garage parks in the disabled parking bay on a continuous basis. I have been there several times and there is a silver Ford parked in that bay.
