Took my vehicle for a service in the morning and called around 12 o'clock to find if it was ready. I was advised that the vehicle was serviced and in the washbay and that the consultant was on lunch. I informed the consultant who answered the phone to cancel the washing of the vehicle and to release the vehicle because I still had some travelling to do. He informed that due to company policy he is not allowed to release the vehicle and that I have to call back after 1pm when the other consultant returns. I called again around 1pm and the consultant who booked the vehicle told me the same story about the washbay. I requested that she canceled the washing and if she could send a driver to collect me from the location I resided at. She informed that the driver was on lunch and that he will only return at 1:45pm. The driver eventually picked me up around 2:15pm. I collected my vehicle around 2:30pm still dirty by the way. The service manager approached me and said that he's heard from the consultant that I was unhappy about the client service. I explained to him the events that unfolded and rather than being appologetic he was very unsympathetic and covered up for their unprofessional service . I will never take my vehicle there again.
