Worse than Home Affairs. To my surprise they offer number 2 learner's licence but they send you somewhere else for testing for the driver's licence. They start late to work but leave early as well causing a very long queue early in the morning.

These people don't work!! They sit in tbe office and laugh, talk about soapies while people are waiting outside in the sun... Lines are long, they decide to stop working when they feel like stopping. Service is extremely bad!!!
