Customer service is just shocking. I have been trying to arrange a return for weeks now. The number no longer seems to exist, which prompted me to send an email, to which I have not received the courtesy of a reply. The ladies in finance and sales have no phone etiquette and are largely unhelpful and rude. It appears as though bad reviews do not even bother them as they have not addressed reviews on Hello Peter.

Such a beautiful variety of luxury well crafted hand crafted glassware/steel and cuttlery for every occasion. Stunning stuff. At wholesale prices aswell. Worth the trip. Stock up. You won't find cheaper anywhere else. Yummy little coffee shop outside to nibble on. Home made fresh quiches and pancakes hmmmm Great coffee aswell. :-)
Not sure what I expected but I didn’t see much interesting glass. Just fancy ornaments one would see at a mr price home or such like.
This the best place for any glass or other objects, big or small! In all my years of snooping around shops for nice things, I have never came across a more friendly, freshly stocked, beautiful place as we call it "The Glass Factory" and we drive all the way fro Pretoria in order to make an outing of trip! You always have fresh ideas and such nice things, always keep that in mind! Thank you for such a great place you never let me down!
