I sent money to someone and the consultant didn’t include the recipient’s middle name so she could not receive the money, I returned to the airport to do an amendment and was told “ you can only deal with the person that assisted you” I was told to return after 13:00, I had never heard such before and decided to call someone senior and I was told that “there is no such” I should return immediately and it would be rectified, after paying for parking twice, I returned and the issue was resolved promptly, the girl who lied to me literally went to the back office to hide when I returned, you know who you are and should be ashamed of yourself, you’re very fortunate I didn’t get your name, leave the job and give it to someone who deserves it, it’s people link you that bring institutions to their knees, I hope you get to see this.
