My nieces party was suppose to be at this venue,but due to the lock down obviously we could not have it at this time. So instead of being a good human and refunding us the deposit, so that we can have a party for her at home, the owner suggested that we give the “voucher” to someone else or have us tell a 5 year old that her party will be on another time other than her birthday weekend. This is shocking service in these times which we should be understanding and coming together, it’s only R500 but I guess you needed it more than we did. So much for supporting small businesses and this is the treatment u Get. Wishing them well.
