Shockingly Poor Used Car Sales Service - leaving bitter after taste. In a huge, big hurry to take your money, but do not follow up with appropriate advice on financing. Leave you to follow obscure Ford Fury in-house finance links to various financing options - which all up-sell you expensive added products - without option to decline their expensive options - on which they earn commissions!!! Then after 'delivery', do not follow up on odd items like spare key or service manual that were promised, nor do they send vehicle registration docs - until you repeatedly ask for them. No follow-up calls as to service satisfaction. All in all a very bad show. In my humble opinion totally uninterested & incompetent staff. Having dealt with them for many years in the past, in my estimation Fury Ford Sandton have certainly gone downhill in the past 20 years.. Welcome to the 'new' South Africa.. :-(
