Absolutely disrespectful to paying customers when asking a simple question to them by replying to me : "well we have all been hit by Covid, dear". paid them upfront for my order, requested to collect and they did not want to hand over goods to me saying I owed a balance - they ordered and made more than my required amount I had stated on my confirmation letter and insist that I pay their extra charges before I could collect and their response to me was absolutely unnecessary and disrespectful. I always get treated like this by them, year after year. I will be moving elsewhere in future. Disgusting.
