Requested a quote online, Ray promptly called me the next day to arrange a visit for a quote. He looked at the problem, suggested what would be done and then told me he will get a tiler to finish the job. Although the removing of the tiles and the waterproofing was done professionally, I fear the tiling was not. A professional tiler was not used, resulting in me having to get another contractor to redo the entire job. TT Waterproofing are recommended for waterproofing - but certainly not for tiling.
