Part of the 4 museum in this Church Street "route" you buy the tickets for the church at the Earthquake Museum. Lovely inside with beautiful old furniture. Buy the Tulbagh Walking tour audio (VoiceMap) and the place comes to life! Like everything around, the outside does need a but of maintenance.

Beautiful old church. Interesting history and well preserved. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Walked through the old grave yard behind the church which was pretty interesting as well.

This old church converted into a museum, in the historic Church Street in Tulbagh, in the fertile Witzenberg valley, is beautifully restored. Inside is displays of furniture, crockery, even toys, dolls of our forefathers from the late 1700.Worth a visit.

Great museum of the old times and South Africa's biggest earthquake. Really educational and worth getting the full day pass for the area at tourism info and museum across the road. Loads to do around place to park in front of Kerk or info center. Take a walk down the kerkstreet and explore all the lovely shops and museums. Worth spending the day.

The History of this church is very interesting as it was told by the tour guide. One can imagine how the slaves were sitting on the gallery or balcony and peeped through the holes to.follow the service. Most of the furniture date from the 1700's and that makes the Church very special. Even. The old Grandfathers Clock struck 4 times at 16:00.
