Last week Thursday 19.10.2020 I drove to Tyremart and I asked Campbell to take a drive with my car because there is something that does not seem right, which he did, he came back to inform me that it was my waterpipe housing that had a crack in it, and he suggested that I do not drive with my car until it is fixed. They ordered the part for me and he also suggested that while my car is there for the replacement of the part, they also service my car so then I don't have to wait until December when the annual service is due. It took a couple of days before I got my car back from them because I knew that they are going through my car thoroughly. My car was returned to me (yesterday) 28.10.2020 a couple of days later and I was thrilled that they were so quick in attending to the problem. Campbell, you rock, your assistance is always so appreciative and it goes a far way that you are always willing to help when in need. You can be sure, that I will return to Tyremart for all my car requirements.

We drove from de Kelders to Nieu-Bethesda and stopped several times along the way. Upon arrival in Nieu-Bethesda we stopped at the owl house before checking into the guest house. Thats where my car died! The next morning at 7h30 I called Tyre Mart in Graaff Reinette. Campbell was quick to verify that he had the correct battery in stock and that he could send it out to me. By 09h15 I had a running car! What great service just when you think you are stuck in the middle of nowhere. Thank you Campbell for your great communication and assistance, it is much appreciated!
