Great experience, replaced my battery trading in my useless battery giving me a discounted rate. Was fast and transparent they explained everything along the way also letting me know if the charge level on the new battery didn't reach a certain level that the ultinator may also need to be repaired. Thankfully not. Was in and out within 15 minutes and great customer service. Will definitely come there first in the future.
