In future if this company does not open on weekends please state. You cannot put working hours but do not work. It literally took my package 3 days to come from Cape Town to here just to get left at your store the whole weekend. Even after a few calls with no answer from your store. Do not recommend using this Courier.

Considering there are many other options lately, you guys should be going the extra mile. The lady answering phones is impolite and impatient. I tracked a parcel online and decide to call in, only to be met with a nonchalant demeanor.
