I’ve had a relation with Audio Excellence for almost 10 years when they first installed an audio system in our property in Durban. The most extensive installation was a customized home audio & automation system in our home in the Midlands. I have found them to be very professional with a superb after sales service. Gillian & her team have gone the extra mile in responding to our requests even over holiday periods. I judge a service provider not only on their technical capabilities, but mostly on their after sales service. On both they score a resounding 5 out of 5. I highly recommend them.

We have used Audio Excellence at our home, since 2010. They installed a home sound system, with tv’s and speakers in various rooms Over the years, we have called them in for changes to tv’s, sound systems etc. Without exception, the service given to us has been exceptional. Gillian is always available and allocates tasks to her excellent staff and then follows up herself. The advice we have received has always been in our best interest, never seen as a profit making exercise for her company. We have gone back, time and again, to Audio Excellence because they make it easy for us and do a really great job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ️️️️️

Had a brand new Rotel system tucked away and never used for almost 2 decades. The remotes were misplaced. Gillian, the owner, was an absolute gem having went the extra mile and found me original remotes. The service exuded by her is second to none. If ever in the market for high end audio equipment, look no further than Audio Excellence., where exceptional service and quality products is part of the deal.

My first experience to the show room was great as I went in looking for a Denon entry level amplifier. When I head the demo on the Yamaha RX-V685 and the Klipsch R-610 floor standing speakers, I was very impressed and after many demonstrations with different dealers I eventually gave into the Yamaha RX-V685. When I contacted via email there was no response and when I called in they made mention that the Yamaha RX-V685 was discontinued and that the replacement would be the Yamaha RX-V6A which retails for R16999. I did ask about stock and would they offer a better price as other dealers did offer discounted rates without question. It was clear to me that they do not cater for the average customer and if you are technically inclined then they just brush you off or do even get back to you. I then contacted Simplex and they were so helpful, the salesman called me back to arrange a date of arrival of the amplifier. They even gave a price of R14500 from R16999 on the Yamaha RX-V6A without asking. The bottom line is, if you a noob and have tons of cash to waste then this place is for you so enjoy your experience. To Klaus, I wish I could give you more stars independently but unfortunately there isn't. (Reply to owner) Thank you for the feedback as you response has made an impact on me returning to Audio Excellence. I will definitely visit your show room/store in the future as I will need a good set of high powered stereo speakers for my amplifier.
