I purchased Black Friday promotion deal of 50/50 anytime and nite data for R500.o from Bongani. I told him i had data on my phone. He told me that the pre existing data will be used first before the new bundle comes into operation. However this did not happen. I went to Cell C gateway to complain but Bongani was not there. Another salesman couldn't help and the manager was not available. He referred me to Cell C on 135. I only received the answers to my problem today. The pre existing data is not used if a promotion data is purchased. Bongani mislead me. Hence I lost all my data. He told me that nite data was between 12 midnight and 6h00. Wrong again. I lost more data from my anytime data because I was using my phone between 5hoo and 6h00. . Nite data has various expiry times. Mine was at 5h00. As far as I am concerned The salesmen at Cell C gateway are incapable and ignorant of Cell C conditions pertaining to sales and conditions of use of said data. They should go for a refresher course.

I've been assisted by Ashlen from the gateway branch for the past few years, and would not consider moving networks and even travel a distance even though I have other cell c branches nearby,just because I trust Ashlen to give me the best value for money deals which he always does . . Excellent customer service skills, always willing to help and goes above and beyond! You will never leave the store without a smile on your face!
