Store advertises promotional items and does not have any in stock. The only one available was a damaged item which was stuck with cellophane tape! This should not even be on the shelf. A staff member was of zero help and had no answers. This is not the first time that Dischem has had no stock of advertised items.

Worst customer services ever. I went to get some eucerin products and there was no stock available of the product that I wanted and the customer service agent was really rude to me. After advising her that the product which she offered me was not for my age group, she insisted that is a replacement of the product I wanted and she stated that it has nothing to do with age . As a dissatisfied customer, I decided to leave the store. She could have tried to offer me a product which is suitable for my age group but she kept on insisting on that product. Which left me as a customer feeling really upset.

Placed a click and collect order for items that were supposedly in stock, arrived the next day and got told that they had nothing. Please don't advertise things as in stock if they are not.
