For the price, awesome. It'd be nice if you were to fix some machines now and then. But for the price, thumbs up!

Shower facilities filthy and , not enough equipment and the equipment being used is faulty. Most outdated equipment ,gym members not using towels and not being reprimanded, if I knew I wouldn't have joined.

Equipment not in working condition, treadmills, cycling machines and the shower area is atrocious

Dear Escape Gym Phoenix Firstly we would like to greatly Thank you for having a great facility open to us Phoenix residents. When we joined your gym, we were excited as it portrayed a positive environment--an enjoyable place to work out, help you sustain your physical activity goals and even relax. What you don't imagine is that you might be bothered by unwanted attention from other members or in particular the gym staff. Of recent we have experienced disturbances and intrusions into personal space that was unpleasant and somewhat harassing from one of your male staff members - Afzal We understand that he has a job to do by encouraging people to join the gym, which we have done but he also tends to constantly call you or stop you on your way to the gym upstairs to have a chat about what exercises you are doing and how much fat you can lose and how his training is going. Strangely enough, he only seems to do this with the Indian ladies. None of the black ladies or men have had an encounter with Afzal. This ’çhat’ is rather time wasting and annoying to a point that when we see Afzal we have to hide or find another way to enter the gym (underground parking entrance). You cannot even pretend to not hear him cos he will constantly call you to get your attention and even follow you into the shops. Commenting on someone physical appearance every day is an insult and such behaviors can escalate into unwanted matters. We feel intimidated to continue our visits to the gym especially towards the evening. We kindly request for Management to address this matter. We just want to exercise in peace.

There's no proper ventilation. There's water falling from what looks like sewer pipes while you train. Machines and weights are old and are not sanitized frequently. The Staff and manager treat you like criminals and have no way of speaking to clients. After training for over 4 years and seeing no improvement, I have left the gym and encourage people not to join.

This is the worst gym I have ever attended. Weights never in their place always a run around. They lie about aircons not working or they automatically turn off 'with the centre' at 8pm whenever the gym is empty, then you still have to wait 10 mins for the staff on duty to come back from who knows what. Then BEG him to fill up the water dispenser, and will still argue about that. Sincerely your member card no 57987

Floor trainers don't help anyone here and people there arent friendly at all and are somewhat extremely rude the floor trainers that I do see are too busy trying to flirt with the female clients and following them around rather than help quiet a few people looking at the machines like they have no clue what its supposed to do and water containers are usually empty and you have to wait 15-20 mins sometimes even half an hour for staff to fill up the water, gym equipment keeps breaking and is out dated, the gym needs more airflow in there like guys make those big windows open up on the side of the gym, it always feels like its hard to breathe in there due to lack of air especially when the aircons stop working which is extremely common and its impossible to train when that happens due to lack of air and the gym already being underground so it's kind of a must to keep maintaining their aircons in which they obviously do not
