Food was good, but service was very slow and they hadn't out in 2 mash and gravies, however when returning to collect, they gave me more.

Drive thru useless. Waiting 30 min in drive thru queue before placing my order. Which is done by staff member writing it down in a notebook. Then tells me to not move forward so as not to start the order timer. This happens all the time. Not an isolated incident. KFC....Jack up your drive through service. Not fun waiting 1 hour from entering the drive thru to getting my order. But then again kfc don't bother cos they too big to care. Bet I won't even get a proper response form kfc.
The service is good. The staff are decently friendly but their drive through takes a bit of time. Make sure if the drive trough reachers the first corner around the building, rather park and walk in.
If this is the quality recieved from KFC i will never support any of their branches again . Incorrect order due to unintrested staff. Shouting between employees while customer waits. Food quality not as expected by a fast food chain. Please dont support unless you want to be disappointed.
Always packed if using the drive thru but the service is great when you do eventually get to order
Would rate 0 but not possible. Waited in a drive thru with screaming employees all around us for almost 40 minutes and got told they had run out of everything. Obviously never going back but just a warning to everyone DO NOT ATTEMPT THE DRIVE THRU especially when you are hungry. KFC should feel ashamed of this branch. Terrible.
The drive through takes forever. An employee was going up to cars and literally writting orders on a page...then placing the order by the speaker because the drive through is so slow and the cars were not moving...they should take notes from other fast food places and get a tablet maybe? The employees are really nice and friendly though...
The food is fresh, but drive thru wait time is very long
