Been here twice and on both occasions received good portion sizes and decently cooked breasts.

Just got home... My order was incorrectly dispensed. Waiter came to my car to take it back... Then returned with what was supposed to be the correct order... Less than 1cm sauce... Called the call centre. No help.. Store just rings. Nandos Crescent has lost the plot.. Fire advertising... But disappointing service delivery appalling service.... Needless to say... I won't be supporting you guys any more ️

Yesterday i ordered in and was served with dirty cuttlery, a knife has a sticky black substance at the blade. I took pictures right there and said nothing because the store was packed... just to avoid chaos.

I had to wait for over an hour for my order that I.placed on the app and when I could.see that the food was not.coming, I called Nandos Crescent and the lady I.spoke to was rude kept on shooting at me like this was my fault and told me that the delivery guy was there and my food will come soon. The food came almost 30min after this call. The food was awful, the peri wedges had not peri peri, the corn was not seasoned and a bit raw, I couldn't eat it. The meat was just as awful. What a horrible experience and I was on holiday
