Terrible service my fiance and I were treated in an disgusting manner this weekend. She followed us around rudely and asked what we want. When we picked up anything she would say it's too expensive (R450) as if we couldnt afford it. We needed a beautiful leotard for my daughters birthday so we were desperate and had to tolerate her. She then pushed further when I asked my 6 year old which 1 she wanted, when she touched the 1 that she wanted the woman flipped out and started screaming at her saying don't touch over and over again. We kept our cool because we didn't want to upset my child she is a special needs child. I then asked what sizes does she have in a shoe that was there. Again I was told in a rude way it's too expensive!!! How can your staff decide what's too expensive for us?? What made it worse is that a lovely white couple walked in & she turned into the sweetest old lady towards them. Does she hate Asians or maybe Indians? Because we were followed like criminals. It's my first experience with this kind of racism. White people in Durban are loving & kind with their services. She is disgusting & we will pray that she heals her sick ways. Kevin Hsu
