As like any institution Richfield has there fair share of faults in certain areas. It is difficult to keep thousands of students happy as each one thinks differently and expects to be catered to differently. I have experienced there failure but I have also seen how they quickly resolved my issues. If your fees are up to date and all work submitted you will have no problems completing your course whatever it may be. We all want it easy in life but that's not the way the world operates.

Very unorganized and not helpful, personally I would never continue my studies with Richfield Umhlanga. The last semester we wrote an exam for a specific module and the sections in the paper was not relevant to the study guide and when it was brought up to their attention, the response from the manager of the campus was "Write it to the best of your ability", but how do we write a paper which isn't relevant to the study guide??? What happens if we fail??? Would never go back down that road again

I respect Richfield, they take me from where I was no hope since this country has most of unemployed youth, but they trust me to be their staff member, i really appreciate what Richfield did to me.
