it was not comfortable nor inviting, it smelled off and there wasnt much of a colour selection. edit: compared to other salons who have 20 different shades per colour .. yes the selection is limited .. different shades of skin colour have specific shades and tones that are complimentary. take constructive criticism instead of being defensive

This place did my nails nicely but are wayyyy overpriced. Charged me 500 altogether . They don’t state that they charge extra if you want to get another shape besides square.Said the soak off is R80 but when I checked on the site after they said it is R50. They basically charge sorbet prices. My fingers have also took a toll as there was always bleeding because of the rough file (nowhere have I have I experienced such harshness on my nails ) .Only come if you are prepared to pay a lot for your nails where you can get a better price somewhere else.

The service,hygiene standards,and professionalism is impeccable.Brandon has been doing my nails for years.Since he has been working at Serenity his standards have improved immensely.The quality of products they have is the greatest,my nails lasts for weeks on end.I like that you can do your hair,nails,and always enjoy a cup of cappuccino while feeling at home.You won't go wrong with this place.To me it's the best Durban currently has to offer.As they say customer service is everything
