I have had the worst experience with Accuts. The first agent I had was wonderful, but she told us how she was quitting because she didn't feel appreciated. The next agent we got has been entirely unhelpful, lacking in communication and down right rude. I received no invoice for my deposit and believe I have been cheated entirely. We also had someone came to show our home during the early morning, saying she'd let us know the day before via email that she was coming. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. The agents have been rude to both me and my husband. I do not recommend Accuts and have personally been put off from using them ever again in the future.

Agent misrepresented a member of the public, a prospective buyer, as an estate agent. To gain access to the home to show it to the buyer. Agent stated she was there to perform an evaluation of the house but actually showed the home. In my opinion Acutts Underberg are not to be trusted.
