Good quality products but let down by very poor after sales service. Arguably the worst experience I have had from a company. One of the rooms originally was quoted a full Astro turf install and later changed to laminate (which is much cheaper) and had a balance of originally R1600 to pay. Upon completion the balance now increased to R4000 ... I had to fight and indicated to them the balance should have been much less than the original R1600 (in fact we should have been squared). But ended up paying that original balance which i should not have. Fast forward just under a year later and i needed a panel replaced. I had a spare panel so it was just labour to change out the panel and the replacement of the endrod that is not serviceable (piece is glued into place). This was agreed at R2000 I waited a month to have someone come out. It was agreed the panel did not need replacing so just the endrod installed which required a normal door width length (80cm). 2.4m of this strip is R300 ... It took literally a minute to install and i was requested R2000 for the job. I could have bought the strip myself and installed it myself. I indicated that the original repair included a change of a panel and eventually we settled on R1000 after an argument and me requesting them to undo their work. In the end I'm appalled. Would highly not recommend. You can find most of the products they stock at other flooring agents.
