Trying to get through to the faculty is absolutely impossible, I tried to phone.. line is dead. Emailed them twice NO RESPONSE. How can I study through a university where the faculty could just as well be non-existent.

Unisa PE should not have a contact number if there is no one to answer the line!!! Also, they should have a separate section for just queries apart from applications and registration, else you wait in a 2 hour line just to ask one question! Ridiculous!!!
