Unisa brings no joy to my life. I have 7 case numbers with no help or response. The 0800 number is useless. I have requested 5 username passwords to be send to finalize my registration and I am still waiting. I have spend more than 1hour and 15min with them on the phone just to be back at square one. Unisa will turn your education into a frustration.
I assumed that with pandemic rules, things would be difficult. But they have figured out a process to make a Unisa visit be simple and safe.
Unisa has afforded me the opportunity to pursue tertiary studies where I would otherwise not have been able to. For that I will be forever grateful. They do have their administrational issues, but the student body is large. In terms of the course content and curriculum, I find it of high quality.
If it weren't for Unisa I would not have able to further my studies. I must admit that I had a difficult time sometimes in getting hold of the right people or the right answers or guidance from staff but with perseverance I get what I need to know. I'm also very grateful for the lectures they host on weekends.
I have always struggled with unisa. Phones don't get answered and emails not responded to. Am struggling to get my results but I have paid my fees. They seriously need to improve their communication channels.
They are closed, no direct contact. Don't answer phones or emails either. Does anyone know how to get in contact with UNISA? I've phoned multiple offices and emailed just about every admin email I could find... Any helpful advice would be appreciated.
Battling contacting Unisa. Anybody know if their doors are open yet ?
