I have received just the most outstanding excellent service! My Touareg's center bearing on the propshaft broke while I was on holliday in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. When I got to VW the technician strongly advised that I don't drive any further back to Pretoria as it may cause more damage. They even stored my car with most of my luggage still in side the car until the parts arrived for the repair in the new year. They have also kept me up to date with the repairs all along the way. Today they even fetched me from the airport so I can collect the car. Thank you Jaco and the Team!

Worst service I ever received. Came in for a oil service and they needed to check my aircon as well. Gave my car in at 9:15. I called them at 13:30 and they did not even start on my car. They called me to tell me my car is ready at 17:20. When I got there they actually didn’t do the oil service. So the whole reason I brought my car in and they did not do it. So we had to wait there while they do the oil service. They also claimed my aircon is fixed. After we asked some questions regarding the aircon, they checked again and discovered what is wrong. So I after waiting the whole day for them to do the service and fix the aircon, they did not do the service or fix the aircon. Eventually I got my car at 18:30. This is unacceptable!!
